Damascus: 1000ft3/s is about as high as I’ll fish around the Damascus area. You may have less water further up around Creek Junction or Green Cove
Chilhowie: Min: 60ft3/s, Optimum: 100-150ft3/s, Highest Ill regularly fish: 300ft3/s but it is still doable. This gauge should be accurate for the South and Middle Forks of the Holston.
